What is Burlesque?

An irreverent fashion, a lifestyle or a re-enactment of the past ...? Perhaps all these things together. A mass and niche phenomenon at the same time, the revival of Burlesque has been confirmed in recent years as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for cinema, entertainment, music, theater, dance and clothing. Where irony and beauty meet, burlesque is born!
Golden Mahoney was born from the prestigious burlesque school of Mitzi Von Wolfgang, the first Italian academy dedicated to burlesque in which they taught American artists such as Dirty Martini, Michelle L'Amour, Jo Boobs Weldon and Angi Pontani. Protagonist of burlesque shows, including the stage of the Milanese Milanese Burlesque temple!
