45th of the Fiat 500 Club Nederland

On the occasion of the 45th Anniversary, the Dutch Club is organizing a large International Meeting at the Boshoek Recreation Park in Voorthuizen, in the center of the Netherlands.

Programme:

Friday September 5st

• Arrival and registration from 12pm
• Free dinner (shop available in the Park)
• Official opening and entertainment under the tent

Saturday 6rd September

• Optional breakfast (breakfast box at €9,50)
• Tour of the area including lunch
• Shared dinner (included) and entertainment under the tent

Sunday September 7th

• Shared breakfast in the tent, included
• Morning tour of the area and weekend closure

Registration, €45 per person, includes:

• Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast
• camping (tent, camper or caravan): 2 nights, taxes included.

The park is equipped with tents/safaris, chalets and bungalows with 2-3-4 or more rooms (cooking is possible) and hotel rooms.

SHIPPING FROM ITALY

Fiat 500 Club Italia is organizing an expedition for the event.

Thursday 4th September – 9am

• Participants meet on the highway near Como.
• You cross Switzerland via the Gotthard tunnel and spend the night in southern Germany (480 km).

Friday 5th – 8 AM

• We continue towards Holland to arrive at our destination in mid-afternoon (480 km).

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7

• Participation in the event.

Monday 8 – 8 AM

• Departure, arriving at the hotel in Germany near the Swiss border in mid-afternoon.

Tuesday 9 – 8 AM

• Departure, with arrival expected in Como in mid-afternoon; dissolution of the group.

The Club will provide the expedition with operational and technical assistance: mechanic and trailer.
The Club has already organised similar expeditions to Holland in the past.
All expenses – hotel/restaurant, Swiss motorway vignette (42 €) – are the responsibility of the participants. As a guide, we will try to have a hotel cost in Germany of 90/100 € per night for two people or maybe less. Meals are free.
