2 Convention Code 4513 (Motor Code no. 619790), reserved for members of the Fiat 500 Club Italia who own Fiat 500s or derivatives registered before 1977 (see models specified in point 1), in good standing with the membership fee, insured after the first Fiat 500 in the dedicated conventions (Motor Code 617874, 618943, 610587, 600485, 600087, 618943), valid from 15/01/2025 to 14/01/2026
3 Convention Code 4665 (Motor Code no. 600262), reserved for members of the Fiat 500 Club Italia: owners of Fiat 500s, motorcycles of historical and collectible interest without ASI Automotoclub Storico Italiano approval, but with only the “Certificate of historical and collectible relevance” (CRS) issued by ASI or FMI; owners of mopeds of historical and collectible interest without ASI approval but with only the “ASI Historicity Card for Mopeds” (CSC) issued by ASI. 4 Convention Code 4513 (Motor Code no. 619793), reserved for members of the Fiat 500 Club Italia, in good standing with the membership fee, who at the time of signing/renewing the policy, have a contract regularly insured with one of the following conventions: Fiat Club 500 Italia (conv. code 4513 – Motor code 610587, 618943, 600087, 600485, 617874, 619789) or CRS Additional Vehicles (conv. code 4665 – Motor code 600262), valid from 15/01/2025 to 14/01/2026.
5 Auto Liability Insurance: Liability insurance rate in effect at the start or renewal of the policy. The Nuova 4R product is subject to underwriting limitations.
6 Optional Guarantees: rate in force on the date of issue of the policy. Discounts are applied with respect to the corresponding Various Risks Auto rate in force on the issue of the policy. Fire and Theft Guarantee: the discount is applied with respect to the corresponding Various Risks Auto Rate provided for cars of historical and collectible interest. Theft coverage is provided in the formula with excess, accessories excluded. The valuation of the Fiat 500, for amounts up to € 10.000, can be requested directly from the Club which will issue the Member with a document called Reasoned Opinion, valid for insurance purposes, signed and drawn up by the Technical Commissioner of the Fiat 500 Club Italia. For insured amounts over € 10.000, an appraisal, accompanied by photos, drawn up by a professional registered in the Register of Insurance Experts is accepted.
7 Optional Guarantees: rate in force at the date of issue of the policy. Discounts are applied with respect to the corresponding Auto Miscellaneous Risks rate in force at the time of issue of the policy. Guarantees may include mandatory combinations, deductibles and/or excesses in the event of an accident, limitations and/or exclusions.
