To savour the flavours and aromas of the Salento peninsula, Caroli's Pantry has selected the best delicacies and offers them in the stores of Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, accompanied by cooking lessons: from full-bodied red wines to prickly pear liqueur, from sagne incannulate with vegetables in extra virgin olive oil.

Caroli House & Boat offers original ideas for holidays in fortified farmhouses, farmhouses and period villas, convents and monasteries, trulli, castles and manor houses, outside in nature reserves, in prestigious residences or coastal towers, on a sailing boat with or without a skipper.

The agreement with the accommodation facilities of the Caroli Hotels, a member company of Banca Etica, offers the following discounts on the official 2026 price list, reserved for members of the Fiat 500 Club Italia:

15% in periods A (from January 1st to March 31st and from November 1st to December 31st)
10% in periods B (from 1 April to 31 May and from 1 to 31 October)
5% in period C (from June 1st to September 30th)
