La Storia
The company was founded by Agostino and Bice Parodi. Currently the production area is about 6 hectares
of which 5,2 owned and 0,8 rented. The land is mainly flat and sandy/alluvial, while the hilly part is clayey/calcareous. The first vine plantation dates back to around 1965 (Pigato wine).

La Cantina
The cellar has a total capacity of 900 hectolitres; the vinification for the Pigato wine occurs both with cryomaceration and with soft pressing, followed by the separation of the must from the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature (17/18°); for the Red wines (Rossese and Granaccia) the traditional method of destemming with fermentation on the skins and repeated breaking of the cap by pumping over and oxygenation is used.
Throughout the entire winemaking process, the company uses state-of-the-art stainless steel equipment, as well as cutting-edge methodologies and technologies. Aging takes place partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and then in the bottle before release.
The Convention consists of a 500% discount reserved for Fiat 10 Club Italia members on ex-cellar prices.

Tastings are available at the winery upon reservation and for a limited number of people.
