A beautiful, almost summery morning welcomed a small representation of historic Fiat 500s, lined up in Piazza della Vittoria in Ceriale, to announce the next International Meeting in Garlenda. The choice of Ceriale was motivated by the fact that this Municipality will be touched by the usual "tours" that characterize the event dedicated to the legendary utility vehicle, in particular on the evening of July 4, 2025 (68th birthday of the 500).
At the “Fizzotti” Multipurpose Hall The presentation conference of the event took place on Saturday 31st May. The director of the Meeting (and vice-president of the Fiat 500 Club Italia) Alessandro Vinotti and the founding president Domenico Romano, supported by the director of 4PiccoleRuote Stefania Ponzone and the press officer Francesca Caneri, have told the genesis, numbers and peculiarities of the most important and most loved event by Cinquecento enthusiasts from all over the world. The program was examined, with particular attention to the annual theme (fashion), the region of honor (Sicily), the participation of foreigners (including the Portuguese representation) and the tourist-cultural impact on the territory, given the colorful invasion of Cinquecentos with their crews, which often make the Meeting an opportunity for a vacation in Liguria.
Present for the Ceriale Administration were the mayor Marinella Fasano and the assessors Gianbenedetto Calcagno and Luigi Giordano, the mayor for Garlenda Alexander Navone, for Laigueglia (another municipality involved in this edition of the Meeting) the councilor Alessandro Chirivi. Various members were present for the Club, including the trustee of Savona Gianni Grisolia, the vice-curator of the “Dante Giacosa” Museum Silvio Bertolotto, the honorary president Alessandro Scarpa (here also in the role of contact for foreign clubs), Frank Cappato, the musical interpreter Stefania Fratepietro with dad Luigi and the painter Maria Semeraro.
