On Sunday 14th September, the Royal Villa of Monza was the stage for a one-of-a-kind event: the 5th Let's tour Brianza, Entitled “Her Majesty the 500 at the Royal Villa in Monza”Organized by the Monza Coordination of the Fiat 500 Club Italia, the event saw the participation of around fifty historic Fiat 500s and their derivatives. The iconic cars gathered in the forecourt of the villa, where the registered crews had the opportunity to visit the main floors of the building and the evocative rose garden. The atmosphere was vibrant, with enthusiasts of all ages sharing their passion for these historic cars. Before leaving, a series of tests were carried out the ritual awardsAmong the winners were several female crews, the car coming from the furthest away (all the way from Modena, after having traveled over 200 km), the oldest and youngest drivers, a Fiat 500 D and a 62 Giardiniera, a rare Fiat 500 Giannini TV, the most modified 500 (transformed into a spaceship), and the most interesting 500, voted for by everyone in attendance, a Fiat 500 L with interiors crocheted by the driver's wife and daughter.
After the awards ceremony, many crews travelled over 50km to have lunch at the Chalet Gabriele Polentoteca Restaurant at Piani Rancio. After lunch, some visited the nearby Sanctuary of the Madonna del Ghisallo, a church from 1623, full of memorabilia and bicycles of cycling champions. Next to the sanctuary is the Cycling Museum, a pilgrimage destination for cycling enthusiasts and devotees. The event was made possible thanks to the support of numerous sponsors: Julcar Autoricambi, Mafra car cosmetics, Milwaukee Professional Equipment and Tools, and the Xonda detergents group of the Biokimica Group. Special thanks also go to the regional councilor Alessandro Corbetta and his assistant Roberta, both avid fans of our beloved Fiat 500s, who, with their dedication and patience, in promoting the Lombardy region, managed to open the gates of the Villa Reale, a sought-after destination for numerous clubs. See you at the 2026 edition.
