It was a special day, one of those that warm the heart and remind us how a passion for motors can become a powerful tool for inclusion. Among the streets of the CapitalThe roar of the historic Fiat 500s provided the soundtrack to an event entirely dedicated to solidarity.
The initiative was born from the synergy between Carla Cecilia, head of the group “Faith and Light”* of the parish of Santa Silvia, the parish priest Don Alfio parish priest and the undersigned (assistance of the Coordination of South Rome and Vatican City), and was made possible thanks to the availability and support of Fabio Grosso, trustee of the Coordination of Southern Rome and Vatican City of the Fiat 500 Club Italia, which enthusiastically embraced the organization of this day.
The boys were the real protagonists, climbing aboard the legendary "cinquini" for an exciting tour among the most beautiful views of RomeSeeing their smiles as the wind caressed the windows was the greatest satisfaction for all the pilots present.
A moment of profound spirituality saw us gathered for the celebration of the Santa Mass At the Santa Silvia community, a precious opportunity to reflect on the value of friendship and mutual support.
The pleasure of sitting at the table together was not lacking. lunch and the subsequent meeting were fundamental moments to get to know each other better, exchange stories and strengthen the bond between these two splendid realities.
The day ended with the ritual photos, capturing the happy faces and bright colors of the cars that made this Sunday "wonderful" in the truest sense of the word.
In this gathering, the beauty of the vintage cars almost took a back seat to thehumanity that was unleashed. A heartfelt thank you to those who helped us make all this possible, and to all the participants for demonstrating that, when the engines of solidarity are ignited, barriers exist!
