On 14 and 15 June 2025 the appointment was renewed in Neive (CN) to commemorate theEng. Dante Giacosa, the “daddy” of our darling, the Fiat 500.
The event was organized by the Coordination of Alba, Bra and Asti, represented by the trustee Claudio Bertolusso, in collaboration with the Municipality of Neive, in particular the mayor Paolo Picinelli and the Councilor for Tourism and Culture, Antonella Marasso. For the Club, the founding president Domenico Romano, the trustee of Savona Gianni Grisolia, the auditor Flavio Austa and the trustee of Turin Antonio Erario accompanied by Giovanni Orsini, author of the recent publication “Quando c'era la 500” were present.
The historic member Pietro Petretti was a must, present with his wife and his Giannini, who created the panel that commemorates the various editions of the Giacosa Memorial since the first in 1997.
The figure of Giacosa always attracts the attention and sympathy of the members; in fact, there were 145 of them present to color the town that was the home of the Engineer.
