Fiat 500 Club Italia believes that protecting your privacy, as a data subject interested in the processing of personal data, is important and adopts appropriate security measures to limit the processing of your data and ensure its security.
Our privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) explains the information relating to the methods and purposes of data processing the data we collect to best meet the needs of our members

WHERE ARE YOUR DATA PROCESSED AND STORED?
Your data is processed at the registered office located in Via Roma 90 – 17033 Garlenda (SV).
WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA?
The Data Controller of your data is Fiat 500 Club Italia, with registered office in Via Roma 90 – 17033 Garlenda (SV) VAT no. 01079820096 Fiscal Code 90012930096.
For the purposes of processing personal data, the Data Controller uses not only its professionals and employees who operate under its direct authority, but also external parties, as external Data Processors, whose relationship is governed by a specific contract of appointment as Data Processor; upon your express request, you have the right to receive a copy of the essential parts of said agreement.
Your personal data may also be communicated to the following subjects:
– suppliers of administrative, financial, accounting, IT services, etc., as well as professionals and/or consultants, whose support Fiat 500 Club Italia uses for purposes strictly related to those of collection and subsequent processing;
– Public Authorities, Supervisory and Control Bodies, Public Security Bodies and Judicial Police, in the ways and cases provided by law.
The subjects belonging to the categories indicated above will process your personal data as independent Controllers or as specifically designated Processors, with the guarantees set forth in art. 28 of the GDPR.
In no case will personal data be communicated, disseminated, ceded or in any way transferred to third parties for illicit purposes and, in any case, without providing suitable information to the interested parties and acquiring their consent, where required by law.
Personal data will not be transferred abroad, to countries or international organizations outside the European Union that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection, recognized, pursuant to art. 45 GDPR, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the EU Commission.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS?
We collect, record, process and store your PERSONAL DATA (such as name, surname or other identifying elements, contact data such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, etc.), both on paper and electronic media, taking care that access to them is permitted only to authorised persons.
If you are happy to provide your Personal Data also when consulting our Website, the data collected in the various locations will be coordinated and cross-referenced with each other in order to offer you the best possible service.
METHOD 'OF TREATMENT
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and entered into the relevant databases which will be accessible only by persons authorized to process the data.
The processing may also be carried out by third parties who provide specific processing, administrative or instrumental services necessary for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes.

Fiat 500 Club Italia collects and processes data for the following purposes:
Event organization
In order to organize our rallies, we ask you for some information such as your name, surname, telephone number, email and the license plate of your car to better manage the events.
Photos of the event may also be published on our Facebook page and in our magazine “4PiccoleRuote”.
If you are not yet a member, we may contact you to request official membership to the club.
Your data may also be transferred to our Trustees or to consultants and freelancers, individually or in association, appointed by us as external Data Processors.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
In particular, you are granted the right to transparency regarding the methods of processing, to receive specific information regarding your data processed, to access your personal data held, to rectify the data or to delete it, to limit the processing of your personal data, to receive "notifications" regarding the events referred to in the previous points, to oppose the processing for specific and documented reasons, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to be informed by the Data Controller about the existence of any violations of the data concerning you (data breaches).
Your rights can always be exercised free of charge.
In particular, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
* You have the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the Owner, the Manager and the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as persons authorised to process them.
You also have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or integration of your data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing;
c) the limitation of processing, when one of the hypotheses referred to in Article 18 GDPR occurs;
d) certification that the operations referred to in letters a), b) and c) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
e) the transmission of data concerning you, provided to the Data Controller and processed on the basis of your express consent for one or more specific purposes, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Pursuant to art. 20 GDPR, you also have the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without impediments and, if technically feasible, to obtain direct transmission of personal data from one Data Controller to another.
f) if the processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent at any time (pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 GDPR);
* Finally, you have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning you of an optional nature;
c) to the processing of personal data provided when you contacted us through the email address amministrazione@500clubitalia.it
d) to the processing of personal data provided for any other reason and for any purpose during your visit to our facility
f) to automated decision-making processes that significantly affect you
The Data Controller responds to requests from interested parties within 30 days from the moment in which the latter has received notice of the request, which may, however, be extended in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 679/2016.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint/report/appeal with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
HOW CAN I EXERT MY RIGHTS AS AN INTERESTED PARTY?
The above rights are exercised by making a request without formalities to the Data Controller, directly or through a representative, orally or by sending an email to the email address amministrazione@500clubitalia.it
The request is formulated freely and without constraints on your part, and you have the right to receive, without delay, an appropriate response and can be renewed for justified reasons with an interval of no less than ninety days.
You may avail yourself, for the exercise of your rights, of natural persons, entities, associations or organizations, granting, for this purpose, a written delegation and having assistance from a trusted person.

To know your rights, submit a complaint/report/appeal and always be updated on the legislation regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as an "Interested Party" you can contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, by consulting the website at http://www.garanteprivacy.it/.
HOW IS MY DATA PROTECTED?
Your data is collected in compliance with the principle of minimisation of the data processed (only the data strictly necessary to provide the contractual services signed or the requested services are acquired).
Fiat 500 Club Italia will at all times treat your data in an absolutely confidential manner and maintaining the obligation of secrecy towards you, in accordance with the provisions of the implementing regulations, adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data and avoiding alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, ensuring, in particular, that:
- the places where processing activities are carried out are appropriately protected from undue intrusions;
- personal communications, which can be referred to you exclusively, are made in such a way as to exclude undue knowledge thereof by third parties or by persons not authorised to process them;
the prohibition on the acquisition and reproduction, by unauthorized persons, of documents containing personal data relating to you (even if processed electronically), in the absence of adequate authentication systems or specific authorization.
