June 15, 2025. A large number of 500 people gathered on the main street of the town for the Ravarinese June Festival for the warm welcome of the Pro Loco with a rich breakfast. The crews then headed to Villa Castel Crescente, a historic residence built in the early 900s in Liberty style by the Marquis Aldobrandino Rangoni and so named in memory of the nearby town of Castel Crescente, whose fiefdom the Rangoni family had been invested with by Duke Borso d'Este in 1453.
Villa Castel Crescente is immersed in a centuries-old park filled with a variety of trees and plants, at the center of which is a romantic pond surrounded by greenery, flowers, and weeping willows, home to swans and ducks. The villa was open to visitors, boasting sumptuously furnished rooms and lounges, which evoke an atmosphere of times gone by thanks to the hospitality of the owner Carla, who hosted the event with period music played by a professional pianist on the villa's grand piano
A sumptuous aperitif was served in the park under the gazebos, and in the wonderful Winter Garden.
Upon returning to Ravarino, lunch in the greenery was served by the Pro Loco.
Thanks to the numerous participants, to the Pro Loco who offered great collaboration, to the sponsors who supported this Modena Coordination event and to Paris Bergamaschi, a member of Ravarino who worked so hard to make this beautiful day with our 500s a success!
