On April 21, 2024, coinciding with the birth of Rome which has celebrated its 2777th anniversary, the Fiat 500 Club Italia, through the trustee of the Civitavecchia Coordination, John Cataldo, was invited to participate in the event “Rome meets the World” which was held in the last two weekends of April at the Nuova Fiera.
Christened as the largest festival in Europe and the World, the event took place in an area of 90 thousand square meters where, crossing the six large pavilions, it was possible to ideally travel the entire world: from the United States, with motor shows and stuntmen, to the East with local foods and traditions; from Ireland to Africa with their dances and rites, to then, as if by magic, find yourself walking in a suggestive Sioux village.
The Fiat 500 Club Italia also attracted a strong number of visitors, wanting to represent our nation with its members and the historic and fascinating Fiat 500s; these made people travel through culture, art, traditions, folklore, shows and gastronomy. The State Police kept us company with the Lamborghini Gallardo supercar and its drivers.
The invitation was answered by Massimiliano Ponzi of the Coordinamento Monti Lepini, Fabio Grosso, representative for the Lazio Region and trustee of the Coordinamento di Roma Sud e Città Del Vaticano and numerous Roman members including Giuseppe Miletta together with his wife and two beautiful daughters. A special thanks to DriftingAccademy.it that allowed us to participate in this extraordinary event.
